I had maintenance on my Highlander done today at their new second service location in West Knoxville (115 Perimeter Park Road). The service far exceeded expectations, especially the frequent, clear communication by Madeline about status and cost. They fit me into their schedule late yesterday, and had it out the door by 5:00 today. Fantastic to deal with, I will be taking my vehicles there herein.
I ran over a screw and ended up going to the closet Dodge dealership, but I wanted to give acknowledge this team. I called and left a message for service and towing assistantance. Two managers called me right away! Luckily the screw didn't puncture the tubing 🙏. The care on the other line really matters ❤️

Tyler and his team done an excellent job on my Jeep Trackhawk, engine and suspension work was perfect! I thought I would have to go out of state to have this work done but Tyler said bring it over and they could do it and they done an awesome job it was even clean inside and out!
